Vendor Information

Application & payment deadline: November 1, 2026
All accepted vendors will have their booths opened and manned from 5pm-9pm nightly
Vendors will remain in assigned space for the duration of the event, Dec 10th-13th
Move-in/Set-up will begin Dec 7th 8am-Dec 10th 3pm
Move-out/Tear-down will begin at 9:00pm December 13th and completed by December 15th, 8:00am

Acceptance: is based on the items that you offer. We do not over book similar items. NO openings for food trucks/trailers for the 2026 festival.
