FACILITY RENTAL

Our facilities are available for rental for commercial, community and private events and is a great venue for large events or small gatherings. Planning a family reunion cookout? Consider our Pavilion space. Need a place to hold a wedding reception or company Christmas party? Our brand new Expo Hall is perfect! Are you planning or organizing a fundraiser event? Our full grounds option may just be what you are looking for. Commercial expos, Health Fairs, Craft Fairs, Ladies Day Out - You name it! The possibilities are endless! Consider the Putnam County Fairgrounds for your next Palatka area event venue.

*Deposits are due to hold date and are refundable if all conditions set forth in contract for cleaning and post-event condition of the facilities are met.

There are no rentals available during the month of MARCH.

Sound Ordinance

In accordance with the Putnam County Sound Ordinance, music played between the hours of 8:01am-10:00pm on Sunday-Thursday will not exceed 70dB(A-wt) when measured at the Property Line closest to the source of the Amplified Sound. Friday-Saturday 8:01am-11:30pm 76dB(A-wt)

EXPO HALL

Fully enclosed, 5300 square foot open air-conditioned Banquet / Expo Hall. Includes a separate conference room, a kitchen with 2 full stoves with ovens, plus 2 additional ovens for cooking meals for any crowd, 3 bay sinks, two refrigerators, and lots of counter space. This building has its own restrooms and is fully handicap accessible. We also include the use of 24- 72" round tables with chairs. Tables can be set up with up to 10 chairs per table. We also have several 6' rectangular tables for use as serving, drink, specialty, or check-in tables.

Daily Rental is from 8 am-12 am (midnight), allowing 2 hours before and after for set up and clean up.

Commercial Rental: $1200 deposit
Day: + $1700 rental fee

Mon-Thur ONLY: $600/$750 rental fee

Private & Non-Profit: $1200 deposit
Day: + $1700 rental fee
Mon-Thur ONLY: $600 deposit/$600 rental fee

PAVILION 2

75' x 135' (10,125 square feet) open Pavilion. Concrete floor; electricity and lights; Rental of Pavilion includes the use of the Restroom facility.

Rentals: $1200 deposit
+ $1200 rental fee

PAVILION 1

70' x 70' (4900 square feet) open Pavilion; Concrete floor; electricity and lights, 50x20 stage. Rental of the Pavilion includes the use of the Restroom facility.

Non-Profit/Private Rentals: $600 deposit/$300 rental fee

For Profit/Commercial Rental: $600 deposit/$400 rental fee

TILTON ARENA

The covered arena has sand/clay mix on the ground; Four sets of large grandstands and five sets of smaller bleachers can be placed where you need them. Rental of Arena includes the use of the separate Restroom facility.

Commercial Rental: $1200 deposit + $1200 rental fee

Private & Non-Profit Rental: $1200 deposit + $1200 rental fee


Capacity: 500

FULL GROUNDS

Rent our entire facility including the Expo Hall, the Tilton Arena, 2 Pavilions, lawn areas, the parking lot, and restrooms.

Commercial Rental/For-Profit: $1500 deposit/$3500 rental fee

Private & Non-Profit Rental: $1500 deposit/$3000 rental fee

Grounds Rates are also available (Includes all buildings except Expo Hall)
